Recruiter discovery call

This is a relaxed, informal chat to get to know the person behind the CV. We'll explore your career goals, introduce you to the Oddin.gg ecosystem, and answer any questions you have about the role or our culture.

Main interviews

This is where you get to dive deeper. You'll meet with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members to explore the role in detail. For technical positions, this includes a technical round to go deeper into your expertise. Some roles, especially in Business and Marketing, may also include a case study to showcase your problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Final sync

The final step varies depending on the role and team structure. You may either meet the team you'll be working closely with, or have a one-on-one with your future manager or with the CEO. This step gives you the chance to see the team in action, understand the culture firsthand, and get a clear sense of the impact you can make at Oddin.gg.

Is it a match?

If we're a match, we'll extend a formal offer. Once you join, our HR team, together with your future team, will guide you through a smooth onboarding into the world of esports data and betting.
